ESG
OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTY

ENVIRONMENT

We actively utilize IT technology and minimize paper usage wherever possible, excluding contracts (offering Zoom meetings, providing property PDF lists, etc.).

SOCIAL

We support foreign residents in legally enjoying a comfortable life in Korea, striving to represent them to ensure there are no marginalized foreign residents, leading the way in multiculturalism and globalization in South Korea.

Furthermore, by supporting or donating a portion of the profits generated through the services we provide to vulnerable groups in South Korea, we aim to realize our CSR and contribute to making South Korea a better society.

GOVERNANCE

As JNK KOREA GLOBAL TOTAL SERVICE is composed of three separate companies, each providing specialized services, we confidently assert that our operations are conducted with greater professionalism.

Your Stability Provides Stability for Others

Inspired by leading CSR company Patagonia, we deeply contemplate and address the importance of CSR and ESG management internally.

To this end, based on providing stable and comfortable housing and living environments for you, we donate a portion of the service fees you pay to individuals in welfare blind spots within South Korea, contributing to the stability of foreign residents and supporting vulnerable groups for a better South Korea.

Korea's Globalization Amidst Inadequate Systems

As of the end of September 2023, the proportion of foreigners in South Korea's total population (51.37 million) stands at 4.89% (2,514,000), surpassing the OECD threshold of 5% for classifying a country as multicultural and multiethnic. This indicates that South Korea is no longer solely a homogeneous nation but is on the threshold of becoming a multicultural, multiethnic country.

Despite this reality, there are currently only around 200 global real estate brokerage agencies nationwide, highlighting a lack of systematization in providing stable housing and living environments for foreign residents.

To address this, we offer a wide range of options for stable housing through JNK estate, ensuring safe contract processes, promoting stability in the lives of foreign residents through Life Saver Service serviced by JNK global, providing support for visa-related issues through JNK agency, and facilitating job placement within Korea. We aim to establish and operate a system for foreign residents to settle in Korea securely.
