Job Responsibilities

• Design and establish global fragrance strategies for the brand.
• Analyze global customer preferences and characteristics related to fragrance.
• Evaluate and analyze brand fragrances on a global scale.
• Develop brand fragrance direction considering regional trends, brand characteristics, and customer profiles.
• Location: Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major).
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in fragrance development for global perfume and cosmetic brands.
• Long-term overseas residency experience (open to all nationalities).
• Ability to develop fragrance strategies for cosmetic brands.
• Technical skills in fragrance development for cosmetic products.
• Ability to analyze fragrance characteristics and trends for cosmetic products.
• Capability to understand global customer characteristics related to fragrance.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Applicants must be eligible for overseas travel and have no health or legal issues.
• For non-Korean nationals:
  • Minimum TOPIK Level 4 in Korean language proficiency.
  • No disqualifications for employment or work visas in Korea.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Majors in chemistry, biology, food science, or cosmetics-related fields.
• Experience in analyzing and researching global customer characteristics related to fragrance (e.g., U.S. or Europe).
• Work experience in global perfume/cosmetic brands or fragrance companies.
