About Us

We are responsible for overseeing the webtoon business in France and Germany, including content and platform management. Our mission is to strategically source EU-oriented content and provide a seamless experience for French and German-speaking users. We focus on uncovering new business opportunities in the European comic market, especially through publishing partnerships, to introduce digital comic culture to European readers who may be less familiar with online reading.

Responsibilities

• Localization Pipeline Management
  • Discover and manage partnerships with companies or freelancers to deliver high-quality localized content.
• Content Management for Localization
  • Oversee content operations to ensure target audiences can enjoy the content effectively, including admin management, curating engagement initiatives, and monitoring reader feedback.
• Strategic Content Sourcing for French Market
  • Review and select potential titles for sourcing based on competitive analysis, collaborate closely with artists, content providers, and related departments, and evaluate post-launch performance metrics to refine sourcing strategies.

Required Skills

• Proficient in French to assess the quality of localization outputs.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with overseas translators and local team members.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a mindset for adding value.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate smoothly with artists and content partners.
• Passionate about contributing to the growth of webtoon content in the French comic market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with French cultural contexts to support strategic content sourcing.
• Enthusiasm for webtoons and other content, with a passion for sharing them worldwide.

Hiring Process and Important Information

• Working Hours: Weekdays, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break)
• Location: Green Factory, Jeongja-dong (Remote work is available)
