Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for English-speaking regions (North America).
- Plan, source, and manage short-form content collaboration with influencers on TikTok and Instagram.
- Analyze trends, competitors, and markets to derive insights for product USPs and strategic directions.
- Manage and enhance relationships with key influencer partners.
- Identify and collaborate with influencer agencies in the U.S.

Required Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
- Experience collaborating with influencers (or being an influencer yourself).
- Understanding of beauty/skincare content creation.
- Ability to conduct business correspondence in English (writing & reading).
- Experience analyzing performance based on numbers.
Preferred Experiences
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Previous experience working at an MCN or influencer marketing agency.
- Experience living in English-speaking countries or a strong understanding of their culture.
- Frequent online shopping habits.
- A strong interest in skincare and beauty.
- Hands-on experience selling products through platforms like blogs, Instagram markets, or other channels.

Working Conditions

- Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
