Employment Conditions

• Position Type: Internship
• Internship Duration: 4 months (September to December 2025)

  • Develop brand strategy – review seasons, conduct market research and analysis
  • Plan seasonal timelines and develop product lineups

  • Expand the global reach of LF’s in-house brands
  • Manage domestic and overseas partner licensing
  • Support and manage overseas export partners
• Corporate Strategy
  • Develop business plans and monitor operations

Eligibility

• Nationality: Open to all
• Education: Graduates or expected graduates of a 4-year university program (expected graduation by February 2026)
• General Requirements
  • Must be able to work full-time during the internship period (September to December)
  • Must be available to start full-time work immediately upon conversion (January 2026)
  • Must have no restrictions on overseas travel (e.g., military service completed, exempted, or not applicable)
  • (For foreign applicants) Must hold a valid D-10 visa for the internship period and be eligible for E-7 visa issuance after conversion

Recruitment Process

• Application Review (July 1–14) → Interview (During August) → Internship (September to December, 4 months) → Full-Time Employment Evaluation (December)
