About the Team
The Global Webtoon PMO Team (GW PMO) drives the growth of NAVER WEBTOON’s global business, including the U.S. market.
We identify key levers to maximize business performance and develop impactful action items.
As PMs, we collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to lead the execution of each initiative.
To ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and strong business performance, we manage integrated operations across multiple channels, monitor business health, deliver insights based on market and user data, and lead new projects.
Strong skills in English webtoon market research, data analysis, and communication are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term roadmaps to maximize the value of the English webtoon service in the U.S. market.
- Plan and drive projects to expand NAVER WEBTOON’s presence in the U.S.
- Conduct data analysis and market research to derive insights and lead business modeling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in business performance, business development, or go-to-market strategy for English-speaking markets.
- Strong analytical and planning skills based on business and marketing data analysis.
- Ability to systematically manage business data.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with U.S. partners.
- 2–8 years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating closely with product planning or development teams (e.g., as a PO or PM).
- Background in content or entertainment service operations.
- Proven experience coordinating global teams.
- Experience leading projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
