Endless Innovation, Market Creator

ECHO MARKETING is always the first.

We don’t follow existing conventions or formulas — instead, we create new markets through innovation.

  • Korea’s First Performance Marketing Company
  • The first digital marketing agency to be listed on KOSDAQ
  • The first to create its own client brands

Our clients have stayed with us for as long as 3 to 10 years, trusting us as their most reliable marketing partner.

Through pure skill and results, we’ve built long-term partnerships and shared countless success stories together.

At ECHO MARKETING, we don’t find clients — we build them.

We discover potential brands, invest in them, and lead their entire marketing strategy (4Ps) through what we call Business Boosting.

Brands that once generated monthly sales of 100–200 million KRW have grown more than tenfold, and we’ve grown alongside them.(Learn more about Business Boosting →)

Even in 2023, one of the toughest years for the advertising industry, ECHO MARKETING continued to grow.

We ranked 6th among Korea’s top 10 advertising agencies (up two spots from the previous year),

and became the No.1 non-conglomerate integrated marketing agency across both online and offline channels.

Among digital marketing companies, we hold an undisputed No.1 position.

We continue to take on new challenges and innovations every day.

If you want to create new markets as a Market Creator,

and be part of the next “first”,

this is your chance to join us.

FAQ

Q. Do I need to be good at drawing like a webtoon artist?

A. Not at all! The job focuses on creating content using existing webtoon assets.

Strong Photoshop skills are far more important than illustration ability.

Q. Do I need to speak Japanese fluently?

A. Not necessarily. While it helps to understand some Japanese, what truly matters is your enthusiasm for Japanese content and mobile culture. Passion outweighs language skills!

Q. What’s a typical day like for a Webtoon Content Designer?

A. You’ll start by binge-reading the webtoons you’re assigned to.

Then, you’ll brainstorm how to market them effectively, collaborate with teammates on story flow, layout, and creative direction — and design the ads.

You’ll see your ads displayed worldwide, track performance in real time, and feel a sense of accomplishment as you grow into a designer who moves audiences globally.
