What You’ll Do
- Discover and develop influencer networks in Japan and lead related sales activities.
- Plan influencer-focused brand events and execute collaboration strategies.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with influencers to enhance ANUA’s brand value, awareness, and sales performance.
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone highly motivated by creating new opportunities through active field sales and strategic storytelling.
- A strong communicator who can build positive, lasting relationships with influencers and contribute to brand reputation.
- A flexible, quick executor who can coordinate diverse partner needs and deliver results efficiently.
Requirements
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent if Korean).
- At least 1 year of experience in face-to-face sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience organizing influencer events in beauty, alcohol/FMCG, or lifestyle industries.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese beauty market and consumer behavior.
- Existing network or communication experience with Japanese influencers.
Recruitment Process

Work Conditions & Environment
- Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
- Flexible start time: Choose between 9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00 AM (Core time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, adjustable quarterly)
- Salary: Negotiable based on interview results.

- The Founders West — 8F, 10F, Parnas Tower, 521 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
