Working Conditions

  • Employment Type: Probationary Contract (approx. 12 weeks)
  • The probationary period lasts about 12 weeks, after which a conversion to a full-time position or termination of the contract will be decided based on performance evaluation.
  • Full salary is paid during the probationary period.
  • Upon conversion, the probationary period is included in total tenure.
  • As of 2024, the full-time conversion rate after probation was 96%.
  • Salary: Based on company policy (to be determined after interview)


Work Location

  • B1–4F, Jiyeong Building, 644 Nonhyeon-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (five-day workweek)


Important Notes

  • Mediquitous operates under a multi-corporate structure. Depending on the position, the actual employing entity (e.g., BP Bio, YM Healthcare) may differ.
  • You will be informed of the corresponding entity during the document screening and interview stages, and your employment contract will be signed with that entity upon final hiring.

Return of Recruitment Documents

In accordance with Article 11 of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act, applicants who are not selected may request the return of their submitted documents.

However, the following cases are excluded from document return:

  • When documents are submitted through a website or email, or voluntarily by the applicant (Article 11, Paragraph 1)
  • When documents are lost or destroyed due to natural disasters or other causes not attributable to the company (Article 11, Paragraph 3)


How to Request a Return

  • Submit a request within 14 to 180 days after the recruitment decision is finalized.

  • Attachments: Completed and signed copy of the official return request form (Form No. 3 under the Enforcement Rules of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act)
  • Return Cost: In accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 5 of the same Act, Mediquitous will bear the cost of returning documents, though applicants may be responsible for part of the postage within the limits set by Presidential Decree.
  • Mediquitous retains recruitment documents for up to 180 days after the final hiring decision.
  • If no return request is made within this period, all documents will be safely destroyed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
