What You’ll Do
Here’s what you’ll be working on
- Plan and execute offline events
- Develop and manage offline promotions and marketing for fwee Agit stores in Tokyo, Osaka, and other regions
- Manage influencer collaborations, seeding, and SNS planning/operations
- Plan advertising materials and content
- Plan outdoor advertising campaigns
- Operate TikTok Shop
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year university (domestic or overseas)
- Has experience living in Japan or working in a related field
- Is fluent in Japanese at a native level (JLPT N1 or JPT 850+)
- For non-Korean applicants, is proficient in business-level Korean
Nice to Have
It’s a plus if you have
- Skills in image creation or video editing
- Strong interest and insight in beauty content
- Deep understanding of the Japanese beauty market
