What You’ll Do

Here’s what you’ll be working on

  • Plan and execute offline events
  • Develop and manage offline promotions and marketing for fwee Agit stores in Tokyo, Osaka, and other regions
  • Manage influencer collaborations, seeding, and SNS planning/operations
  • Plan advertising materials and content
  • Plan outdoor advertising campaigns
  • Operate TikTok Shop


What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year university (domestic or overseas)
  • Has experience living in Japan or working in a related field
  • Is fluent in Japanese at a native level (JLPT N1 or JPT 850+)
  • For non-Korean applicants, is proficient in business-level Korean


Nice to Have

It’s a plus if you have

  • Skills in image creation or video editing
  • Strong interest and insight in beauty content
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese beauty market


Hiring Process

Here’s how the process goes

  • For experienced positions
    Document Screening → Organizational Fit Test (AI-based aptitude test) → Interviews (1st: Team / 2nd: Executive) → Final Offer

  • You’ll receive an email regarding your document screening results, whether successful or not.

  • Depending on circumstances, some stages may be added or omitted.
  • For experienced hires, a 3-month probation period applies (with 100% salary during probation).
  • The interview process may include questions to assess language proficiency.
  • Starting annual salary for new full-time employees: KRW 57,000,000 (negotiable for experienced positions).
  • Intern-to-full-time conversion program: 2-month internship with monthly pay of KRW 2,500,000 (meal and welfare allowances provided separately).
