What You’ll Do

Here’s what you’ll be working on

  • Develop promotion strategies for major Japanese online channels (Qoo10, Rakuten, Amazon, and official online store)
  • Analyze sales performance and derive actionable insights
  • Set and manage sales targets and KPIs for each channel
  • Monitor orders, inventory, expiration dates, and sell-through rates, and establish effective inventory management strategies
  • Operate and optimize in-channel advertising for efficiency


What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year university (domestic or overseas)
  • Is proficient in business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Has 3+ years of experience managing Japanese online channels
  • Has experience leading an online channel with annual sales exceeding KRW 30 billion


Nice to Have

It’s a plus if you have

  • Proficiency in Excel and other Office programs
  • A strong understanding of the Japanese beauty market
  • Deep knowledge of online channel operations

  • For experienced positions
    Document Screening → Organizational Fit Test (AI-based aptitude test) → Interviews (1st: Team / 2nd: Executive) → Final Offer
