Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and operating Coupang Play’s Live Entertainment (performance business and related content).
• Support communication and contract processes with international artist agents.
• Participate in acquiring licenses for overseas festivals.
• Draft proposals for new performance business initiatives.
• Manage venue rentals, communicate with partners, and analyze P&L.
• Engage in all aspects of performance planning and operations.
• Collect and analyze market and artist data related to performances.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
• Fluency in both Korean and English.
• Experience in performance planning, operations, or related business areas (including comprehensive knowledge of concert operations).
• Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred:

• In-depth understanding of the entertainment and performance industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Data-driven thinker who can identify problems and suggest improvements through analysis.
