Qualifications
- Must be of foreign nationality, holding a Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or expected to graduate by February 2025 (must be available for full-time work, 8 hours/day, 5 days a week)
- TOPIK level 5 or higher
- Foreign nationals currently residing in Korea, aiming for domestic employment (excluding overseas Koreans with an F-4 visa)
- Eligible to obtain a visa for employment in Korea
Responsibilities
- Support HR business operations for overseas subsidiaries (recruitment, HR management tasks)
- Manage Global HR policies and labor relations for overseas employees
- Research on overseas labor laws and HR trends
- Support for new overseas business development
Required Skills
- Proficient in English communication
Preferred Skills
- European nationality (EU and UK nationals)
- Proficiency in European languages (e.g., German)
- Experience in global business development or HR projects
Selection Process
- Document Screening → Aptitude Test → Interview → Health Check → Final Selection
- Specific schedules for each stage will be individually communicated to successful candidates
