Global Culture Advisor (Business Development Division)


Who We Are & Who We're Looking For 

  • As part of the Business Development Division at Neople, our team plays a crucial role in driving global expansion
    through in-depth market research and strategic planning across a variety of projects.
  • We are on the hunt for a passionate gamer who can swiftly identify and respond to changes in the
    gaming industry, providing valuable insights to support our worldwide growth.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Analysis: Identify and analyze global community trends and VoC to derive guidelines on player wants, needs, and behaviors.
  • Community Management: Plan social media content and develop community management strategies tailored to the target audience.
  • Research: Provide information on global culture, including social issues.
  • Feedback: Offer extensive feedback for various content under development from the perspective of an American native.


Required Qualifications 

  • Foreign national who has lived abroad for a minimum of 15 years (preferably in North America or Europe).
  • Native English speaker with business-level proficiency in Korean.
  • Experience using and/or managing various social media platforms and communities (X, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Deep understanding of the American lifestyle, sub-culture, and sentiments, with an ability to relate to western gamers.
  • Extensive experience playing a variety of games on PC and console platforms.


Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with management tools (such as Confluence).
  • Understanding of Neople game titles and the Dungeon & Fighter IP.
