Organizational Culture

Responsibilities

  • RE (Replacement Equipment): Tires replaced after the vehicle is launched.

Overseas Sales

Responsibilities
  • Plan and forecast Car Maker OE (Original Equipment) sales strategies and demand.
  • Monitor legal OE sales performance and accounts receivable.
  • Manage OE purchase performance and inventory.
    *OE (Original Equipment): Tires that are installed on new vehicles when they are first released.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of global trends and analysis skills.
  • Strong foreign language skills.

Marketing

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the market and manage 4P marketing strategies.
  • Plan and manage new product launches and Product Life Cycle (PLC).
  • Manage sales plans and supply chains.
  • Develop and manage product brand portfolios.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of automotive trends.
  • Experience in marketing strategy and product development planning.

SCM (Supply Chain Management)

Responsibilities
  • Analyze SCM trends and competitor movements.
  • Manage and improve product demand and supply chains.
  • Analyze sales performance (shipment/local sales).
  • Develop and manage annual/quarterly price adjustment plans.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Major in Business, Trade, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.

Eligibility for Domestic Applicants (Koreans)

  • Graduates or prospective graduates (by February 2025) from a 4-year university or higher.
  • Must have no restrictions on overseas travel; male applicants must be exempt from or have completed mandatory military service.
  • Language Requirements:
    • [Business Support/Sales/Marketing/SCM/Purchasing]: TOEIC Speaking IM3 or higher or OPIc IM2 or higher.
    • [R&D/Engineering/Quality]: TOEIC Speaking IM2 or higher or OPIc IM1 or higher.
      ① Only test scores within 2 years of the application deadline are accepted.
      ② If the final school is in an English-speaking country, the language test requirement may be waived (must have studied there for at least 2 years).


Eligibility for International Students

  • Graduates or prospective graduates (by February 2025) from a 4-year university or higher in Korea.
  • Must hold TOPIK Level 5 or higher.
  • Must have no issues obtaining a visa to work in Korea.
